The United States and Greece signed a pact Friday aimed at strengthening the security of cargo containers moving through seaports so that they aren’t used to smuggle terrorists or their weapons. Under the agreement, a team of U.S. Customs and Border Protection inspectors will be installed at the port of Piraeus to screen cargo headed for America.
