A United Nations delegation has arrived in Ivory Coast to deliver a strong message to all sides in the unravelling peace process. Sanctions are likely to be threatened, which could include travel bans, diplomatic sources say. The talks come less than a month after the UN Security Council condemned human rights abuses during a banned opposition demonstration in March.
