The Turkish counterterrorism police said Friday that they had arrested four men suspected of being members of the militant Ansar al-Islam group who had planned and trained for suicide car attacks in Turkey. The arrests, during which a cache of bomb-making material was confiscated, were the latest in a security sweep before the NATO summit, a gathering that will bring a host of world leaders, including President Bush, to Istanbul in 10 days.Full Story
