India’s foreign minister has said he will ask Pakistan when it plans to end its programme of “terrorism” against India when he meets his counterpart in August. The statement came after Pakistan on Monday urged India’s new left-leaning government not to “conduct diplomacy through the media” following a series of statements and counter-statements over the starting point of future talks.
