Slovak police have found two bags with explosives near a building in Bratislava where NATO is scheduled to meet [last] Friday. Interior ministry officials said the bags contained explosive material made in the former Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. Both bags also contained ignition charges, but the devices were not assembled. The police made the find after being tipped off by the state secret service. Authorities declined to speculate about who might be responsible. Full Story
