A British-born Muslim convert was sentenced to nine years in prison Tuesday for his role in a plot to blow up the Israeli Embassy in Canberra. Jack Roche, 50, is first person to be convicted under anti-terror laws that Australia introduced after the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks in the United States.
