A United Nations prosecutor has cleared four Jordanian policemen n a shooting by a colleague that killed three American corrections officers and hurt 11 people at a prison in Kosovo last month. A United Nations spokesman confirmed Wednesday that the last of the four Jordanians was released Monday. On April 17, their colleague, Sgt. Maj. Ahmed Mustafa Ibrahim Ali, a Palestinian, opened fire on American officers at the prison in Mitrovica. Mr. Ali was fatally shot. The police in Mitrovica said investigators had wanted to establish whether his fellow officers had given him ammunition. “There are no reasonable suspicions that any of the four Jordanian officers has committed any offense,” said Neeraj Singh, a United Nations spokesman.
