At least 14 people were killed and more than 90 injured in a suicide bomb attack on a packed Shiite mosque in Karachi during Friday Muslim prayers, triggering sporadic violence, officials said. “We have 13 bodies in the Civil Hospital. Another man who lost both his legs expired in another hospital later,” police officer Salman Waheed told AFP. The dead included the imam (prayer leader) of the mosque, Khawaja Kumail, officials said.
