A Westerner’s body was stripped naked and dragged behind a car as suspected Islamic militants made their getaway after a deadly attack in the northwest Saudi city of Yanbu. Five Westerners and three militants as well as a National Guard officer were killed, while as many as 50 people were wounded, in the attacks Saturday in the industrial city, the English-language Saudi Gazette said on its website Sunday. It named one of the militants killed by security officers as Abdullah Saud Abo Nayan As-Subayi, who was on a list of the kingdom s 26 most wanted terror suspects. After an attack on a contractor’s office outside Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Company (Yanpet), “a Westerner was kidnapped, stripped naked, tied to a vehicle, and dragged along the road as the attackers made their getaway”, it said.
