A string of attacks, some at political targets, in Indian-controlled Kashmir have killed two civilians and left more than 70 others injured, including several police. Militants threw a grenade during a candidate’s political address in Bagwa, killing two civilians and wounding 50 others — three critically, police sources told CNN.
