Rebels from the Darfur region of Sudan have begun a second round of peace talks with a Sudanese government delegation in Chad. The two sides will discuss setting up a ceasefire monitoring committee. The BBC’s Abakar Saleh in the capital of Chad, N’Djamena, said the talks were expected to last for four days.
