The Spanish judge investigating the Madrid train bombings has formally accused two new suspects. Police continue to hunt for militants thought to have escaped a police raid last weekend in which up to seven militants died. Police are now holding 18 people, most of them Moroccans. The government says those being held and those who blew themselves up in Saturday’s raid on a Madrid apartment, account for most of those involved in the March 11 bombings, which killed 191 people.
