STRATEGIC targets including embassies, public utilities, hotels, shopping malls, train stations and other densely populated areas were on the bombing list of the Abu Sayyaf cell that the Philippine National Police has neutralized, a top PNP official said Tuesday. The cell led by Alhamser Manatad Limbong alias Kosovo had planned to set off explosives in at least 36 targets, according to Director Robert Delfin, chief of PNP intelligence. The targets were supposedly listed on a piece of paper found in Kosovo’s wallet when he was arrested late last month.
