Rwanda is compiling a list of suspects living abroad they believe helped mastermind the country’s 1994 genocide. Deputy Attorney General Martin Ngoga said that the list of more than 300 of the most wanted, would be made public. He said Rwanda would seek international help to trace the suspects, some of whom had fled as far as Australia. Next month is the 10th anniversary of the start of the genocide during which some 800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus died in 100 days. Full Story
