Russian police are searching for two men seen removing pipes and tools from an apartment block just before it exploded, killing at least 43 people, Itar-Tass news agency reported Wednesday. Rescue workers helped by sniffer dogs pulled out more bodies overnight from the wreckage of Tuesday’s blast in the White Sea port of Arkhangelsk. The dead included 24 women, 12 men and seven children, the Emergencies Ministry said.
