At least one of the five men being held by the police in connection with the Madrid terror attacks had been linked more than two years ago to a suspected cell of Al Qaeda that operated in Spain, according to documents and government officials. The suspect, Jamal Zougam, is one of three Moroccan immigrants who worked for a modest cellphone concern here. The Moroccans are suspected of providing logistical support to the bombers who blew up four commuter trains at rush hour on Thursday morning, killing at least 200 people.
