It was a page from a familiar script: Recruit some star power to bring attention to a social cause. Find a symbolic locale in the nation’s capital and let the cameras roll. The cause this time was the prisoners at the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, arrested in the war in Afghanistan. So on a chilly and windy day yesterday, using the Supreme Court as a backdrop, a dozen people, including actress Vanessa Redgrave, representatives of various human rights and religious organizations and a few family members of those imprisoned, railed against the Bush administration and the lack of access to the detainees. “We don’t know who among them may be guilty or innocent,” said the Rev.
