British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw arrived for talks with Pakistan’s President Gen. Pervez Musharraf and other top officials on nuclear nonproliferation and the war on terror, officials said Thursday. Straw landed late Wednesday for a two-day visit that comes in a week when unidentified militants attacked a Shiite Muslim religious procession in Quetta city in southwestern Pakistan, killing dozens of people and triggering sectarian unrest.
