India and Pakistan have agreed to a “roadmap” for peace that will begin with high-level talks in May or June. The nations’ foreign secretaries will meet first, followed by foreign ministers in August, the two sides said in a joint statement. The deal was announced on the final day of a landmark meeting in Islamabad – the first such talks in three years.
