A man seriously injured nearly three months ago in the Istanbul suicide bombings outside two synagogues died of his wounds Monday, raising the death toll in the attacks to 63. The Anatolia news agency said Celal Dilsiz, 38, who was seriously injured near the Neve Shalom — one of the two synagogues attacked on Nov. 15 — died in the intensive care unit of Istanbul University hospital.
