A former deputy state attorney general was shot to death in Tijuana along with three other people, the Baja California state attorney general’s office said Thursday. Six gunmen poured out of a car at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and raided a bar where Rogelio Delgado Neri was present with two bodyguards and a friend, according to Raul Gutierrez, spokesman for the attorney general’s office. All four were killed and several bystanders suffered minor wounds. Gutierrez said Delgado Neri had been relieved of his post in October after suspicions emerged that he might have ties to a group of kidnappers.
