Rockets slammed into fields near a U.S. air base in eastern Afghanistan, the second barrage in three days, the American military said Saturday. The Friday afternoon attack targeted the Khost airport, the third-largest coalition base in Afghanistan. About seven rockets landed near the base, about 90 miles south of the capital, but caused no damage or injuries, said Lt. Col.
