CIA analysis suggests a new audiotape purportedly recorded by al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden is genuine. A CIA source told the BBC the finding was based on technical analysis of the tape, which was broadcast on Sunday. If authentic, it would be the first time Bin Laden has been heard from since a previous tape attributed to him was broadcast last October.
