Security forces have decided to target major terror organization heads following Thursday’s suicide bombing at a Geha junction bus stop, which killed 4 and wounded 20 others. The four victims of Thursday’s suicide bombing at the Geha Road Bus-stop were laid to rest Friday. 11 people remained hospitalized Friday morning, 3 in moderate condition, and the house of suicide bomber Sa’adi Hanani was destroyed. Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz and his top brass decided Friday to target militants from Islamic Jihad and the radical Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – the group that claimed responsibility for Thursday’s bombing, security sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said. Israel will target and kill Palestinian militants in retaliation for a suicide bombing that killed four Israelis, senior security sources said Friday. However, Hamas leaders will be exempt from such strikes, the sources said. According to sources quoted on Army Radio, the gradual decline of Arafat’s status in the PA is creating a power vacuum, with smaller terror organizations trying to carry out larger and larger attacks to gain popularity.
