All local and foreign terrorists hiding in the tribal areas after crossing over from Afghanistan will not be extradited to any country if they surrender to the Pakistan Government, North West Frontier Province (NWFP) Governor Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah said in Peshawar on December 23. “They will also have to assure the government that they will not use our soil for any action against the neighbouring country,” said Shah.
