Spain’s prime minister has vowed to keep troops in Iraq as the country mourns seven intelligence agents killed in an ambush on Saturday. “Freedom is under threat from the terrorists,” said Jose Maria Aznar a few hours before a plane bearing the men’s coffins touched down in Spain. Twelve people from four nations allied to the United States have been killed in ambushes in Iraq this weekend alone.
