A U.S. defense contractor who was maimed when his colleague was murdered in Kuwait before the Iraq war was quoted as saying on Thursday that he was disappointed at a decision to spare the killer from execution. “I am not sure he deserves to live,” David Caraway was quoted as saying in the Arab Times daily newspaper.
