Defending its handling of terror networks, Iran told the United Nations it had warned the world of the “fanatic nature” of the Taliban and al Qaeda networks long before anyone else, according to a report released on Monday. Iran submitted the report to a U.N. Security Council sanctions committee on Afghanistan about a month ago.
