Politicians struggled Wednesday to get the stalemated Northern Ireland peace effort back on track, a day after expectations of a breakthrough suffered a last-minute setback because of an arms dispute. Prime Minister Tony Blair told the House of Commons in London that he was pressing for full disclosure of the quantity and types of arms destroyed on Tuesday in a long-awaited act of what is officially called decommissioning by the Irish Republican Army.
