Three men have been arrested in a joint operation by British and Irish police investigating the breakaway Continuity IRA, which has been mounting sporadic attacks in Northern Ireland, officers said Monday. The men, who have not been named, were arrested under anti-terrorism legislation in Morecambe, northern England on Sunday after officers found two handguns and a rifle during a search of commercial premises.
