One person was killed and seven were injured on Thursday in a terrorist attack in the Colombian state of Arauca just after President Alvaro Uribe moved the seat of his government to the capital of the state for three days, the local press reported. One woman was killed and seven people were injured by the explosion of a grenade hurled by a guerrilla into the parking lot of a commercial establishment in Saravena, local police said.
