Workers at a rental car agency found a weapon and suspicious package in the trunk of a car Thursday, and police blocked access to the rental office, near LaGuardia Airport, as they tried to determine whether the car held explosives. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said the workers saw what appeared to be some type of automatic weapon with a “device” attached to it. The car was parked on the second deck of a garage. Full Story
