An explosion at a mosque here that killed at least six people on Monday night, including the mosque’s imam, resulted from the presence of a bomb-making class inside, the United States Central Command said in a statement issued tonight. But an American commander in the area said he would continue to adhere to a policy of not searching mosques unless troops were fired on from them. “It’s sovereign territory,” said Capt.
