Suspected Rebels Kidnap Swiss Man in Colombia

A Swiss man working for a group assisting peasants in southern Colombia was kidnapped Wednesday by what authorities suspected was a group of Marxist rebels, police said. Suspected members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, known by the Spanish initials FARC, took Florian Arnolds from a rural property in Cauca province, police Col. Pedro Florez said.
