A militant suspected of mastermining last month’s Riyadh suicide bombings has been arrested, Saudi officials said last night. Ali Abd al-Rahman al-Faqasi al-Ghamdi, a Saudi national believed to have close links to al-Qaida, gave himself up, an interior ministry official said. He is wanted in connection with the May 12 suicide attacks which killed 35 people. He is also among 19 alleged militants wanted since Saudi police discovered a weapons cache in Riyadh early last month. Full Story
