The female suicide bomber who blew up a bus carrying Russian servicemen near Mozdok, North Ossetia, has been identified. The terrorist is Larisa Musalayeva, the sister of Ibram Musalayev, an ardent Chechnya Wahhabi, Russian Interior Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukyanov told Interfax. The 31-year old woman blew herself up near a bus heading toward a military base in Mozdok. The blast instantly killed 16 people and four died in hospital later.
