A landmine detonated under a police bus at a checkpoint near the administrative border between North Ossetia and Ingushetia on Thursday. The terrorist act killed three and wounded seven, Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Sergei Fridinsky told Interfax. “Criminal proceedings were instituted on a charge of terrorism and premeditated murder.
