Israel dropped from first place to 10th in an international survey by Symantec on hack attacks and online theft. Israel was once first, in terms of being the source of online attacks in relation to the number of Internet surfers within the country, but in the second half of 2002, it slipped to 10th place, after South Korea, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Belgium, Mexico and China.
