Rival Nigerian political parties clashed for a third consecutive day on Wednesday and frightened residents fled burning buildings around the southern oil city of Warri. Witnesses say at least 25 people have died so far in the fighting, but neither the police nor the army were available to comment. Tensions have risen ahead of local elections on June 21.
