Two soldiers with the international peacekeeping force in the Afghan capital were shot and wounded on Tuesday in the northern part of the city, a spokeswoman said. “Two ISAF soldiers were wounded by gunshots in the north of Kabul. They are being treated in hospital now,” Major Sarah Wood, a spokeswoman with the International Security Assistance Force told Reuters. She gave no more details. The condition and nationalities of the peacekeepers and how they came to be wounded was not immediately known.
