A new cassette tape said to be from Osama bin Laden urges Muslims to carry out suicide attacks and revolt against Arab governments that support the war in Iraq. The Associated Press obtained the tape on Monday from an Algerian national who said he smuggled it from Afghanistan into Pakistan. The Arabic-language tape tells Muslims it is their duty to wage holy war. It has not been independently confirmed that the voice on the tape is that of bin Laden. It’s also not clear when the tape was made, but it does make reference to the war in Iraq. The voice predicts that when the U.S. is finished with Iraq it will attack other Middle Eastern countries, including Iran, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Full Story
