Yemen said on Saturday it had arrested what it described as two key al Qaeda suspects after a lengthy manhunt across the rugged Arab state. A government official named the men as Fawaz al-Ribeidi and Nasser Megalli and said they had been captured by troops in the southern Abyan province. The official said the two men had been charged with “terrorist” acts, but gave no details.
