Wounded Vietnam veteran Jack Moxon just wanted to do some good by creating a Web site to help the troops fighting overseas. But now Moxon finds himself in a battle after peace activists hacked into his site and filled it with anti-war and anti-Bush slogans and a picture of President Bush next to a monkey. Moxon has the page up and running again Monday morning, but he is still hoping to convince federal authorities to file charges against the hackers. “I have been attacked in combat, and I can deal with that,” said Moxon, an ex-Marine Corps corporal who said Monday he was angered by the attack on his site. “I believe in freedom of speech. But be a man and don’t attack me like a coward.” Attacks on Web sites by hackers have increased since the war with Iraq began, according to F-Secure, a computer-security corporation based in Finland.
