At least 17 people were wounded, some critically, when a bomb exploded in a bus in Indian Kashmir on Thursday, police said. The incident occurred in Rajouri town, northwest of Jammu, winter capital of the Himalayan state of Jammu and Kashmir where Muslim guerrillas have been fighting Indian rule since 1989. The blast came two days after another explosion in a busy market in the town, which killed two men and injured eight. Police said the army had been called out to boost security after angry men took to the streets and began pelting stones at security forces and some government property. Full Story
