The Virus Laboratory at Panda Software, leading international antivirus developer, has reported the appearance of NiceHello (W32/NiceHello), a new e-mail worm with the capability to spread rapidly. As the company’s tech support services have begun to receive reports of incidents caused by this malicious code, users are advised to treat all e-mails received with caution. NiceHello, which reaches computers in a message with variable characteristics, has the potential to spread rapidly via e-mail. The subject field, message text and attachments could have any combination of a number of Spanish phrases and names which it draws from a pre-set list. Full Story
