Due to downtime, zone-h couldn’t mirror another big massdefacement, something like 5000 websites located on four different servers. The attack (verified) was conducted by hacker group called hax0rs lab. The reason of the attack was purely political as the defaced webpages were hosting an anti-war-against-Iraq rant. The group hax0rs lab is composed of Brazilian members. In a private talk with Zone-H the hax0rs lab representative said that they anticipate an even greater number of mass defacements of web sites to occur shortly… Fot those interested into web-archeology, here is the list of the +/- 5.000 defaced web sites.
