Two people have been killed and two injured in an exchange of fire in a hotel in the Afghan capital, Kabul. Reports say the shooting came during an argument in the Intercontinental Hotel over a business deal. The two dead men are believed to be Afghans. A British man, named as Colin Perry, was injured in the incident and is now in detention.
