Accused Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui objects to a request by prosecutors for a delay in his trial so they can appeal a ruling giving his lawyers access to a key al Qaeda member, court documents showed on Wednesday. Moussaoui, who is not an attorney but is representing himself in the death penalty case, filed a response to the court saying he opposed a motion made last week by federal prosecutors asking the judge to put the trial on hold. The response filed by Moussaoui was put under seal, like all of his filings are until they are vetted for inflammatory language or possible hidden messages before being made public.
