A bomb exploded near Yemen’s intelligence headquarters Friday, seriously injuring four bystanders, security officials said. Police arrested one man in connection to the blast. The explosion occurred in a crowded market area near the intelligence building in downtown San`a. Yemeni security officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said a man was arrested near the scene of the blast. Four people were seriously injured and hospitalized.
