Debris from explosive devices have been found at the scene of the deadly explosion which ripped through the business district of Lagos on Sunday, according to Nigerian police. Whether it is deliberate or an underground market for explosive is existing there, the police will find out. Officials say the find could suggest that an illegal cache of explosives caught fire, triggering the blast in which at least 33 people were killed.
